RETURNS

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

HOW TO START A RETURN?

  1. Email to customer service :  daisylook@daisylook.com  BEFORE you return any goods.  

          *FAULTY ITEMS: Please send us your order number, describe the issue and send us a photo(s) showing the fault.

          *CHANGE OF MIND/DO NOT LIKE ITEM:Please send us your order number and tell us the reason for return.

           *ITEM DOESN'T FIT: Please send us your order number, the measurements of the garment you received and the size on the package or garment.

  1. Get autorization from Customer Service.
  2. Get refund to payment account
    *TRACKING NUMBER is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return.  
  3. Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS 

  1. Orders are able to  be canceled and refunded before shipping. As it has started shipping, what you need to do is waiting for your parcel delivery then start a return.
  2. Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.
  3. Items must be in original unworn condition (you may try the garment on, but do not wear it outside).
  4. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty) please contact us to arrange a return. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
  5. If you have provided the wrong shipping address and the packages cannot be delivered. Please contact us to arrange a resend. You are responsible for all shipping charges.
  6. If you cannot find your package after it is delivered, we have no responsibility for that. Please ask post office for help and further information.
  7. If your garment doesn't fit please contact us telling us the bust/waist/length measurements of the item you received and the size on the label or package. We ask that you check measurements carefully before purchase so we will deal with this on a case by case basis. As noted in the listings, garments are measured by hand, so please allow for a possible small difference to the chart.
  8. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. 
  9. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
